Graduating from Bemidji State University I decided I want to come back to my home area to find a career. I decided to join the Magnifi Financial team and have loved it since day one. I started out at a banking consultant to get my foot in the door. Quickly mastering this position I decided to expand my knowledge of the banking industry and join the mortgage team as a coordinator. After about a year and a half I was tapped on to try out the financial side of the Credit Union. I enjoyed my time here as well and learned a lot of valuable skills, but I saw an opportunity to join the mortgage team again as an Underwriter which is still my current position after a little over 3 years. In this role I was able to assist all departments of the mortgage team. I am now ready to take a new leap forward and get into a position that aligns with my college degree.
