• Help with, minor plumbing; minor electrical maintain clean building , vacuuming; dusting; mopping, waxing, floor buffering; emptying trash, order supplies.

• Ensure buildings stay clean; empty trash; dust & vacuum; carpet cleaning; restroom cleaning; window cleaning; order cleaning products; sweep and mop; floor machine scrubbing; recycle paper; set up meeting tables, and other light maintenance.

• Handyman work that include, minor electric, plumbing, replacing light bulbs and balance, troubleshoot, making calls for prices of repairs, setup and takedown for events, Stripper and wax floors, buffering floors, clean carpet, custodian cleaning restrooms, office, sweeping & dust mop, wet mopping, Ensure all above to be taking care and more.

• Assembled marine parts; performed screen printing, packaging, labeling, binding, and entering computer orders; responsible for shipping & receiving; delivery and pick-up of orders; maintained compliance with all safety rules, policy and procedures.
