With a strong foundation in taking classes and watching information about coding and computer science, I have began cultivating a strong love for cyber security. Being the son of immigrants who traveled to the United States with barely a high school degree, I find it extremely important to pursue further education and surpass expectations. With the lack of a high school degree and a language barrier, my parents have struggled in every aspect including financially but have given everything up for me and my siblings. I thrive in collaborative situations and believe in the power of teamwork. Outside of school I am actively involved with soccer, leading Spanish club, and playing my instrument.
