• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement system enhancements.
• Use automation and technology to streamline all AR operations.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support AR transactions.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal divisions, such as service departments and customer relations, to ensure seamless operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address AR challenges and solutions.

Technology and Systems:

• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems, including Oracle NetSuite, Oracle NetClose, Paystand and collections systems.
• Train team members on new systems and technologies.

Cashier Services:

• Act as a front figure to welcome restaurant guests and proving an excellent dining experience.
• Provide cashier services and processing payments
• Handled customer inquiries or escalations with professionalism

Upscale Shoe Sales:

• Greet customers and help with product questions, selections, and purchases.
• Offer each customer top-notch, personal service to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Air Defense Artillery Operations:

• Operate and maintain the Patriot missile system, which includes the radar, control systems, and launchers.
• Use radar systems to detect, identify, and track aerial threats. Ensure the system can provide accurate data in real-time for effective threat engagement.
• Assist in the planning, selection, and prioritization of targets. Ensure that the correct target engagement sequence is followed.
• Interpret and analyze data received from the radar and other sensors to make informed decisions about threat engagement.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all parts of the Patriot system to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
