- Served as Solution Owner for multi-million dollar software development project charged with creating Multi-Factor Authentication for Wireless Communications brand's existing customer accounts
- Owned the solutions for Accounting, Inactivity and BYOD as part of the integration of an acquired brand onto the Pre-Paid Billing platform which required liaisoning with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Governmental Compliance, Supply Chain, and Marketing across both brands.
- Assessed all incoming projects for wireless carrier's enterprise Care and Store Platforms Service Line which served the carrier's largest customers including all Iconics launches
- Took over a troubled project building the largest smart electrical grid in the US that was 16 months behind schedule and turning it around and completing in 4 months.
- Led the Information Management Group for the Response to the largest environmental incident in the world which included all Geospatial, Planning, Logistics, Financial, Operations and Joint Incident Command documents and data.

- Customized software to enable Food Processors to meet the FDA's Bioterrorism Act that established traceability on all food products sold in the US
- Developed a solution for the world's largest producer of Ostrich meat as well as other poultry located in South Africa to meet European Union food traceability requirements to enable export during the Bird Flu outbreak.
