Although my previous work history is not in this field, I believe that the skills I have learned through my experience in Law Enforcement would be very beneficial in this line of work. For example, I have become skilled in teamwork and rapid problem-solving. During my time as a Police Officer, Detective, and Agent, I was often required to work in a team environment to determine the safest and most beneficial steps to take to either solve a case or stop an active crime from occurring. Although I do not have direct consumer sales experience, I believe that in many ways, I was responsible for sales in daily practice. Much of Law Enforcement is utilizing effective communication with people who are in most cases, not having their best days. I would commonly have to explain or "sell" the idea of why they were getting arrested or their options going forward in the criminal justice system. I was responsible for cultivating and utilizing confidential informants in narcotics investigations since 2018. Many people are inherently concerned about being an informant due to fear of retaliation. I would commonly have to sell the idea of being an informant to people and explain why the benefits outweighed the alternatives. I have a Proven track record in leading high-stakes operations and training junior Law Enforcement Officers. I have extensive experience in conducting large multi-jurisdictional operations and delivering compelling court testimonies, enhancing community trust through exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
