• Electrical Work - Performed remodel electrical work on the modular buildings. Consisting of running new wire, installing new switches and receptacles, and installing new 4' lights
• Performed setting buildings at job sites, leveling the buildings, installing ramps and stairs
• Performed taking down buildings from job sites
• Repaired/ Remodeled modular buildings. Consisting of putting up new walls, painting, fixing window and door trim, etc.

• Full wire rough-ins on new build residential track homes and custom homes. Consisting of panel installation, installing boxes for lights and receptacles, and running wire throughout the homes.
• Final Electrical on residential homes. Consisting of installing light fixtures, fans, can lighting, switches, and receptacles and much more.
• Remodel Electrical on residential homes. Consisting of adding lights, receptacles, and switches. Cutting drywall and fishing new wire, etc.
• Panel Upgrades on residential homes. Consisting of installing new main panels and subpanels. Performing panel upgrades on older homes. Fishing wire into panels and installing breakers.
• Electrical Diagnosis on residential homes. Consisting of diagnosing bad switches and receptacles. Also tracing wires, finding short circuits, and using a multimeter.
• Worked with a variety of materials including PVC conduits, copper wiring, aluminum wiring and MC cables.

• Performed Oil Changes, Service Inspections, Tires Rotations and Tire Replacements
• Replaced Cabin, Fuel, Air, and Oil Filters
• Disposed of used motor oil and other hazardous materials in accordance with local regulations.
• Tested battery condition using a variety of diagnostic equipment.
• Operated hoists and lifts safely while performing undercarriage inspection and repair tasks.

• Rebuilt residential home propane tanks. Consisting of sanding, repainting, and replacing valves
• Other basic yard labor, consisting of trimming trees, bushes, and keeping a clean working environment.
