Served as Logistics Management Specialist and action officer for multitude of communications and electronics equipment and system programs logistically supported through the Electronics Sustainment Support Centers (ESSC) and Regional Support Centers (RSC). Reviewed, oversaw the sustainment contracts for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR). Served as the Chief, Storage & Distribution, Supply Division. Planned, directed and managed the activities of a branch charged with the storage, receipt and issue of all Army Propositioned stock (APS-4) stored at Camp Carroll and various remote sites throughout South Korea. APS-4 Storage & Distribution section encompasses the peacetime and wartime receipt, storage and issue of class II, III, IV, VII and IX Army Propositioned Stock (APS-4). The storage and Distribution branch maintained 34,000 line items (4.5 million pieces of equipment) which included class II clothing & equipment, Class III packaged petroleum oils & lubricants, Class IV construction & barrier material, Class VII major end items and class IX repair parts. Storage & Distribution sustained stocks to support the theatre in the event of hostilities, and war reserves in support of Allies of Korea (WRSA-K) which are U.S owned stocks maintained for use by our Korean Allies in the event of hostilities. The area and scope of responsibilities included supervision of 66 skilled Department of the Army Civilian (DAC), Korean National (KN) and Korean Service Corp (KSC) in several broad functional areas. Warehouse operations (Storage, General Purpose, Sheds, Outdoor storage), Vehicle Movement Operations and Arms Room Management.
