- Run batches to treat water to have ph. between 6-9 and conductivity less than 100.
- Scrape or pressure wash filter press depending on number of batches.
- Run jar tests pre-batch treatment to determine amount chemicals needed to reach goal.
- Cleanse Cation and Anion columns after being using continuously for 24 hours to avoid conductivity build-up.
- Refill chemicals as needed for batch treatment.
- Monitor tank levels.
- Replace filters as needed to avoid a slow flow of water.
- Monitor ph, flow, level of tanks, and conductivity every hour.
- Submit weekly lab samples.
- Use of diaphragm pumps and centrifugal pumps in everyday operations.
