I have been in the semiconductor industry for about 11 years now. The First 7 years I worked as a tech in photo, the last 4 years I have been on a 4 person automation equipment team. There is 1 of us per shift and while on site we are responsible for all the loader arms for all the tools, all communications for all the tools, all computers and Xterminals, the overhead track system, cars, stockers, APLs (automatic Pod Loaders), the GUI (Graphic User Interface), WMSs (Wafer Management Systems), Wafer Sorters, DMS reticle stockers and then in our "spare time" PMs and working on repairing down equipment to keep up on spares. We give a detailed verbal and written passdown at the beginning of every shift of the things we worked on and anything that is still currently down. I am still currently working for Jireh but have been working here sine I graduated high school and would like to look for new opportunities.
Experience trouble shooting hardware and software
In my spare time I am into making props from movies, games and TV shows. I learned basic 3D modeling to be able to make modifications to my printers to improve the quality of the prints and also for household projects. The props I make are either free or bought 3D models that I print and then put through a process of smoothing and painting. I have also recently gotten into molding my projects with silicone and learning arduino so I can add lights and servos for added effects.
