• Functioned as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Luminator platforms, performing end-to-end installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and programming of mobile video systems, destination signage, video mirrors, monitors, and shelter signage, while executing contracted service and warranty repairs.
• Implemented and installed new mobile video system equipment—including IP cameras, DVRs, and routers—on-site with customers, providing hands-on training and technical support across buses, trains, paratransit vehicles, and ferry boats.
• Performed comprehensive retrofit and rework projects, including troubleshooting installation errors, removing legacy mobile video systems, routing and terminating CAT6 cables, and deploying new hardware to ensure system reliability. Also diagnosed failed systems (destination signs) and found errors
• Collaborated directly with transit authorities and OEMs—including WMATA, CTA, SEPTA, NJ TRANSIT, MARTA, Model 1, Gillig, New Flyer, and Nova Bus—as well as third-party vendors and internal Luminator teams to support seamless service operations.

• Disassembly and reassembly of interior train ceiling, trim and dashboard panels.
• Routing of cables through blind pathways in the train.
• Installation of roof mounted antenna
• Installed electronic equipment (CCP) and Auxiliary microphone.
• Installation Technician responsible for the installation of retro-fitting communication equipment within heavy rail passenger trains. This equipment consists of a Communication Control Panel, UHF radio, antenna, routing of accessory cabling, remote microphone and circuit breaker.
