As an assistant waiter I assisted guest with dinner service. While helping servers serve bread, butter, water, and wine. As well as any other drinks such as tea, soda products, and coffees. I also bussed tables, reset tables, polished sliver ware, and rolled sliver ware. As well as making sure my side stand was clean of all debris and well stocked with all item (napkins, extra salt and pepper shakers, extra wine glasses and coffee cups )

• My position was selling carpet, vinyl, laminate, tile, and hardwood floors as well as selling window blinds and special order blinds
• I was responsible for meeting sale goals, setting up appointments for customers getting their floors measured and installed, making phone sells, as well as making in store sells
• Within my first 9 months of working there I became employee of the month, then after a year I was recognized as the 2nd top flooring specialist in the district for making over my sale goal, then a became an new associate coach which I was responsible for teach and helping the new associates learn about the store and the people in the store
• I was awarded a sliver badge for having great costumer service
• Before leaving I was awarded a gold badge for great customer service again.

• My position was to load shopping carts in the store, secure the parking lot of all loose shopping carts, as well as help customers load any heavy packages when need
• I also stocked the shelves on the grocery side of the store and helped any customers that needed any helped or questions
• After three months of being there I was awarded associate of the month and after a year of being there I was promoted to a stocker in the grocery department.

• My position was to make sure all guest rooms were clean and had fresh towels and sheets, as well to maintain the up keep of the front and back of the hotel, which means pulling trash, picking up trash, cleaning windows, and making sure every guest was comfortable and had what they needed for their rooms.
