Own end to end strategy and initiatives around improving cost, quality, delivery partner experience and expansion across North America. This is achievable through working with functions that cut across the organization; including technology, operations, and marketing.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the long-term road map for improving business results
• Develop and utilize data inputs and KPI's to inform operational adjustments.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives
• Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands.
• Work closely with the business to understand day to day opportunities and pain points and implement short term and long term solves

• Lead Designer responsible for the successful creation and roll out of training procedures benefiting the ongoing learning and onboarding of over 2,500+ employees across the organization at an annual rate
• Successfully built and fostered foreign partnerships allowing the optimization and simplification of process work equating to 1.2M annually in operational savings
• Led multiple stakeholders to digitize and automate tasks leading to a more efficient work stream and a more advanced customer experience
• Partner with Stakeholders/Subject Matter Experts for assigned projects
• Drive Talent, Learning Development related programs as requested
• Successfully manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
• Assess organizational learning and development needs and design effective business processes
• Track success metrics and communicate effectively to senior leadership.
