- I assist the principal in making decisions for the school, collaborate with teachers in the classrooms on the curriculum, classroom management, ECKERS, and DRDP.
- I make sure both students and teachers meet federal and state performance guidelines, and manage school safety.
- I have demonstrated excellent correspondence and collaboration with students and faculty.
- I have partnered with our principal to organize our Fall festival, Christmas Tree donation, and currently we are organizing our Chinese New Year and Black History month celebration.
- My experiences as a Lead Early Education teacher provided me with ample opportunities to interact with students and families of various backgrounds and circumstances.
- I believe in promoting parent and community involvement in all aspects of the child development program.
- It is in the parent conferences, community town hall meetings, parent workshops, and professional development meetings that I invite parents to attend and collaborate with people in the community.
