Accomplishments

I have obtained my Level III by collaborating with the healthcare team and management to build a better systems and guidelines to streamline orienting new CNA's. Created a resource binder that includes all clerical and clinical processes for CNA's on the unit to reference during and post orientation. Assisted in building a competency based check-off tool to help guide mentor, orientee, and unit based educator through the orientation process.
