Through High school I maintained A 3.2 GPA and also played two sports, with practice running from 4-6PM everyday.I took one year of career prep in my senior year, and also studied sign language for two year .and I have participated in volunteer work with Merritt Island Christian school and brevard private academy. I have no problem working with others.and find joy in seeing people accomplish goal they set out to do . When I decate myself to something I have the drive to do the best job i possibly can do .

  • Manufacturing hulls for searay yachts and delegating what work my crew needed to do
  • Set up and maintained chopper gun by adding chopper blades to adjust fiber length, replacing rolls of fiberglass yarn roving and replacing parts.
  • Managed lamination process by observing cure time and surface temperature to adjust for quality results.
  • Molded fiberglass from chopped fiberglass and resin materials using pneumatic chopper spray guns.
  • Sprayed gel coat on fiberglass molds to specified thickness to protect fiberglass exterior.
  • Pressed layers of saturated fiberglass mat or cloth into molds, smoothed wrinkles and removed air bubbles to fabricate quality product.
  • Inspected finished product by checking appearance, measurements and looking for defects such as dead spots or bubbles.
  • Added catalysts to resin and applied mixture to pre-cut fiberglass material.
  • Safely checked materials, positions, adhesion and appearance for each product before initiating full production.
  • Designed strict maintenance schedules for equipment and tools to increase longevity.
