Hello!
I am already an employee at first solar. I work on FIN-1 D-Crew under my supervisor Dale! I enjoy my line but started this job looking for a slow paced position and an effective job to get me into either the MET/IT side of things, or the HR/advocate side of things. However, I’d like to stay in production if possible! I’m simply trying to find the position that fits perfectly for me; as I love the company dearly. I have many valuable skills and hav been proven useful every single position I’ve been placed in. I am an easily adaptable production technician with an efficient, reliable, quick learning track record at First Solar, Excelling in machine operation and technology handling.
