  • VAS Verdi – Working with the team to accurately execute DSG & REI drops before ship windows close while keeping strong attention to detail. Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines resulting in slight to no errors and charge backs.
  • Error table – Operating WM software to resolve any errors that may arise while fulfilling VAS orders in a timely manner.
  • Shipping – With use of a scanner I palletize orders. Ensure all orders packed are staged, wrapped and ready to be shipped. Accurately stage pallets into appropriate shipping areas. Double checking inventory on pallet before staging in shipping areas.
  • Picking – Pay close attention to detail to accurately pick merchandise for all divisions of Patagonia. Match all information from pick ticket to hang tag. Carefully recognize wave numbers on belts to place pick items with correct waves.
  • Returns – Evaluate the functionality and quality of garments returned. Determine whether the garment is a 1st, 2nd, puppy or gets recycle based on quality & season of the garment.
