This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment within the casino hotel to benefit all guests by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

• Reduced guest complaints by maintaining high standard of cleanliness in all assigned rooms.
• Maintain hotel safety standards by adhering to proper procedures for handling chemicals and equipment during cleaning tasks.
• Ensured positive guest experiences with prompt response to special requests and additional services.
• Perform deep-cleaning assignments to maintain hotel's overall appearance and appeal for both new and returning guests alike.
