  • Preform yeast and mold AST’s that test for drug susceptibility in order to accurately provide medical personnel with information, so proper amount of medications can be prescribed using the MIC values from the AST results. Run PCR on multiple viruses to provide accurate diagnoses for patients in the clinical setting. Some of these viruses include, Mucor, MPox, and the COVID-19 virus. Lastly, do general maintenance around the lab. Some of these task include, maintaining accurate documentation and filing of the paperwork for these test.
