Born and raised in a middle-class family in India, I completed my Bachelor's in Information Science. Initially drawn to finance through active investing in Indian stock markets, I learned a lot and wondered how big these financial markets are, how these markets and economies impact so many people's lifestyles, and I found my interest in finance. Now pursuing my Master's at George Mason University in Data analytics (DAE) and preparing for the Chartered Financial Analyst(cfa) Level 1 exam in February 2025 attempt, I aspire to combine my data science and finance skills to eventually start my own private equity firm in the near future.

 Employee Attrition prediction Using Deep Learning, Preprocessing data set, Data cleaning, Data analysis, Balancing and Splitting dataset, 4 members, This project aims at predicting employee attrition using deep learning by leveraging historical employee data, such as demographics, performance metrics, job satisfaction, and engagement levels, to train a deep neural network model. This model learns complex patterns and relationships withing the data to make accurate predictions about which employees are likely to leave the organization in the future.
