In all honesty the best thing I do Is FAIL BIG and MAKE PLENTY OF MISTAKES. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm far from perfect and I know that but I'm willing to fail thousands of times because I understand that if you don't fail, you won't learn and if you don't learn your not growing. Failure makes change and helps us evolve into the best version of ourselves, which everyone should strive for because I know that I do and it's not just in life or at work, it's in everything I do. At my first job I received the biggest blessing in the world. I was in a really bad place before I got that job back at Mike Hess. The thing about that job is that I thought I was just gaining a paycheck at the end of the day, when really God was blessing me with something more then I could have ever imagined, he was blessing me with a family. Now I know from reading this you must be thinking what does this have to do with the job and my answer would be nothing but I just thought I share it with you. I may not be perfect, I'm not....but what I am is a insanely hard worker, I'm a kind person, I'm respectful, I'm consistent, resilient, committed, accountable, and just always ready to help. I know this has been pretty long so I'll rap it up and I also understand that I still might not get this job but I truly do want to thank you for reading this through. God bless you and I'm extremely grateful for whatever opportunity is presented to me rather it be with or without this job. Thank you
