Marine Corps veteran with two and a half years of experience in the IT field of Data System Administration as the held job. The job is required at various levels from field work to help desk services from setting up server stacks and creating domains for proper communication lines to customer support and assistance of communication/connectivity issues. Was given constant daily orders that had to be obeyed and completed within the day, maintenance of keeping area clean and organized as well as maintaining server stacks, dealing with customers with their tickets and keeping track of their recorded issues through request receipts. Worked at Advanced Auto Parts where management skills such as closing and opening the store, submitting cash deposits, balancing cash drawers and store safe daily, communication skills to keep work flow and customer service at the ready daily, register transactions to produce sales and sell products in the store, and constant phone calls providing customer support is a must and was taught to all team members. I am currently working at Outcomes as IT Client support. Acquired skills for customer service over phone support and learned a vast amount of the command line in Linux to troubleshoot servers, fix network settings, setting up devices for in store use, and to update or utilize packages for pharmacy software the company provides to clients. I also learned hardware troubleshooting due to the role I work in at the company.
