Devin currently serves as a Business Analyst for Public Consulting Group's Technology Consulting practice area. As part of his duties, he:

• Worked as a member of the PMO service line to identify and develop tools, such as a project maturity model
• Assisted in identifying potential RFPs for bidding considerations
• Performed financial competitor analysis for 4 states
• Performed technical writing duties on two proposals

Devin currently serves as a business analyst in support of the Louisiana LDH MMIS System Replacement Project. In this role, he:

• Assists in the preparation and development of client deliverables, ensuring their alignment with requirements set in Statement of Work
• Reviews and provides recommendations to client documentation, such as the Provider Management Project Management Plan
• Identifies patterns and trends in JIRA metrics and tasks to provide insight on potential risks and issues
• Provides analyst support for Provider Management and Decision Support System modules

In this internship role, Devin spent his time

• Assisting in the creation and development of project and business development documentation
• Supported with creating project marketing materials to promote services
• Supported client projects and internal initiatives by producing quality deliverables and participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Created spreadsheets analyzing project budgets and competitor contracts

Devin served as an intern at Mississippi State University's service desk. In this role, Devin was responsible for:

• Redirecting operator calls to the appropriate departments and personnel,
• Assisting walk-in clients with software issues and installation,
• Addressing client tickets
• Installed and configured operating systems and applications

Devin served as a Help Desk and Support Engineer Intern during his tenure at Implemented Technologies. As part of his duties he:

• Assisted with maintenance and operations efforts for client network infrastructure, in particular for Delta State University,
• Maintained client cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other remote programs
• Remediated client hardware and software issues, including installation of software and replacement of hardware and device components.
• Generated reports to track performance and analyze trends.
• Communicated with clients to verify roots and causes of computer problems.
