What I did for D&L Concrete was to pour and finish concrete. I've been doing it for quite some time now, and I have gained much experience in this field. I know that a lot of this experience can be beneficial to your company. The skills that I have that relate to concrete are being able to mix concrete the correct way. By mixing it the correct way, I can ensure that the mix has the right consistency and has enough strength in it. Over the years, I have also mastered my troweling skills, making sure the slab comes out nice and smooth. I am also excellent with broom finishing and stamping all sorts of textures. I am also more than qualified to operate any concrete machinery. Such as mixers, vibrators, and power trowels. At D&L, I am also the main person to drive the business tractor that we use to move dirt and get ready for a slab, or to bust out old concrete. I am able to measure distances to construction layout areas. So whenever we're starting a new job, I am able to measure and calculate what we need to form. I'm able to read and understand construction blueprints, and I could tell my other coworkers what we need for the dimensions and exactly where the project starts. I am also familiar with all the safety regulations and practices in construction. I have been trained in knowing what can be a hazard on the job site and mitigation measures to ensure a safe working environment. I like to really pay attention to every detail at the job site, whether that be an imperfection on our forms and being able to correct them, or possibly seeing a potential safety hazard. For my teamwork skills, I am very easy to get along with, and I work well with others. I make sure to express any concerns that I might have, and share my knowledge with my coworkers. I always try to be positive, bring people up, and remain calm in tense situations. For my physical stamina and strength, I make sure I am able to keep up with everyone else and I maintain a healthy body. I work out and eat healthy, and I am 21 years of age and able to handle harsh conditions, whether that be picking up heavy material, standing for long periods of time, and working for long hours.

some activities I like to do on my own time are backpacking and going hunting. When I'm backpacking, I feel a ease and it helps me to relax. And when I'm hunting, I am grateful to the animal's life for being able to feed me and my family. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and have a close bond with them.
