I have performed full inspections and appraisal reports of countless properties ranging from condominiums to single family homes valued from $100,000 to over $6,000,000. I have worked directly with Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers since 2012, and from 2016-2020 I worked exclusively with Marquee Properties. In 2020 I set out on my own and am coming up on four years as a solo Appraiser. I have gained valuable experience not only in completing a variety of residential reports, but also in handling interactions and stipulations from both Appraisal Management Companies and Lender clients alike. Throughout my time, I have been able to stay compliant with UAD regulations and stay on top of updated language and standards as they are developed and ensure the integrity of the appraisal process is maintained at the highest level.
