● Manage technicians and technician teams remotely ● Provide support, guidance, and troubleshooting to technicians in the field
● Design and engineer technical and light construction solutions
● Document the installation process using workforce optimization software that includes detailed notes, pictures, and diagrams
● Configure switches, access points, gateways, and security appliances ● Configure ruggedized Android mobile devices within an MDM
● Respond to Help Desk requests via phone and email ● Track and resolve issues in a ticketing system
