On behalf of Plasticard-Locktech International & Enterprise Holdings, Inc. | Drive the Delivery and Architecture teams in the production and maintenance of as-built and future state architectural and design artifacts for their respective technology areas in line with Atos best practice standards and expectations of content and delivery. Owned the verification of the operations technical and support documentation including resolution of capturing the unknowns across the technical estate (Architecture/System Maps, As-builts, Operations Guides, Runbooks, etc.). Also, act as a single point of contact across Atos practices for the client application/data/infrastructure estate while ensuring the integrity of the technical elements.

Acted as a Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect and provided an IT roadmap of future innovation and enhanced my client’s current mode of operation in preparation for the future. This consisted of presenting to the account teams (stakeholders) of my client and my company. To accomplish this, I hosted meetings with the stakeholders from each company to present to them the benefits of whatever the new technology was that I brought before them. Not only did I do this with the software but hardware as well (i.e., laptops/desktops/tablets for end-users). Outside of my presentations, to maintain an open relationship with my clients, I would conduct quarterly meetings to discuss my client's/stakeholder's pain points and get a wish list of where they wanted to be in the future and what they wanted to take care of in the here and now. Also, the client was free to call a meeting whenever they desired. In addition to the quarterly meetings, we did have cross-functional weekly meetings where topics coincided and presented another touch point to communicate on the IT roadmap.

• Responsible for supporting and coordinating Atos cross-practice teams in the resolution of P1s and major incident management when required. Also, support the solution architects throughout the proposal creation lifecycle, providing guidance on the client’s current application/data/infrastructure environments.
• Consistently maintain up-to-date awareness of developments in the industry and identify how appropriate ones can be applied within the account, submitting and championing ideas through the Account Team.
• Partner with the Bridge and Delivery teams to define and set up the adoption and housekeeping of operational planning, maintenance, and support to be proactive and preventative.
• Work with the R&S Industry Bridge team to understand the client’s operational support heat-maps, and utilized the information to drive improvements in supporting the application/data/infrastructure and overall account architecture, roadmaps, and near future strategies.

• Created BMC BladeLogic Server Automation Packages and Bundles to be delivered to servers for Credit Suisse

• Took on Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect responsibilities to plan rollouts of enterprise solutions
• In my Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect responsibilities, I designed, planned, implemented, and administered the software distribution system infrastructure called BMC BladeLogic Client Automation 8.2 (BBCA formerly called BMC Configuration Management or Marimba), for the entire Michelin North America network
• Performed the research on this tool and provided a general timeline and procedure for complete implementation from start to finish
• Contributed to the migration of data from Novell to Active Directory and from Novell Groupwise to Microsoft Exchange in my Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect responsibilities
• Configured the BMC Patch Management tool to patch user endpoints with the latest Microsoft Security Patches and other 3rd party patches (i.e., Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader, Adobe Shockwave Player, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Java, etc.)
