Summary

When it comes to the workforce I have amassed quite the handle on what it takes to be apart of a restaurant's workforce and crew. I am an energetic Crew Member, offering outstanding skills in customer service, food safety and inventory restocking. Well-trained in operating various sets of kitchen equipment to prepare food and complete sales. One very important part of what I made sure to shine on was a customer-focused food service devotion and the need the needs of both the customers and my team. This included an effective and focused handle on delivering exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to customers and a dedicated, focused and knowledgeable attention regarding environmentally friendly cleaning products.

My responsibilities as a member of the Sabercats workforce included cashiering for food vendors and ticketing, security for restricted areas within the stadium, loading and unloading of equipment, goods, and the set-up of vendor stands, and the opening and closing process necessary for a rugby game stadium.

In addition to all that, responsibilities included:

  • Pursued learning opportunities to advance knowledge and take on leadership position.
  • Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately.
  • Resolved issues quickly to maintain productivity goals.
  • Learned all required tasks quickly to maximize performance.
  • Broke down boxes and cartons, disposing of refuse in proper cardboard receptacles.
  • Maintained productive, efficient approach to all tasks.
  • Worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals.
  • Operated register to process payments and collect cash payment for order totals.
  • Kept work areas clean, organized and safe to promote efficiency and team safety.

With this being my first official job there were some hurdles to climb for the efficiency needed for such a fast-paced and efficient job, along with the various positions I had to work, but thankfully I was a quick and strong learner. Thanks to this I am quite the efficient multitasker and have the skills needed to work a variety of positions.

Additional Information

Outside of the work environment over the course of my Highschool career I have gained quite the experience in working with fellow associates and for the needs of others. Thanks to my Highschool's funding and dedication to aid those around the world, I have traveled to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica for mission work, both in manual labor and the engagement of te less fortunate. It has given me quite the look at the bigger picture and how fortunate I am.
