This platform facilitates integration of data from various organizational components, offering insightful analysis, It enables sub-second queries across key dimensions of Comcast Business. The use cases are centered around product self-healing, all-digital self-service, and enhancing customer engagement.

• Lead the API team, designing and delivering more than 100 RESTful APIs
• The platform generate over 80 million requests a day with peaks of 1,000 requests/second.
