• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Approving set-up/start up parameters in Manufacturing and Packaging prior to start up for production.
• Performing in-process activities such as Weight, Hardness, Thickness, Friability Test, and AQL inspection in manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Collect Blend Uniformity and composite samples (manufacturing) and QA retain, and stability finished product Samples as required (packaging).
• Performing labeling component sampling, roll counting, proof reading, releasing, and issuing labeling components for the packaging run as per Packaging Batch record.
• Designing and printing Shipper labels for packaging operation.
• Performing In process compression readings, Packaging readings, warehouse Raw material sampling, all room clearance, Manufacturing set up clearance, logbook maintain and review, approve packaging label and Outserts, Bottles and Caps with sampling procedure, label and ousters maintain inventory management.
• Issuing of line clearance at every step of batch manufacturing.
• Maintaining and updating logbook.
• Documentation of logbooks, calibration records, temperature and humidity records etc.
• Assisted in production of various products.
