  • Developed and launched two new global programs focused on expanding Aruba's SMB Instant ON product line and Enterprise Service Partners, including key program functions such as program guide and requirements development, KPI frameworks, partner recruitment, application process review and continuous learning/enablement, policy creation.
  • Transformed and managed a Service Partner Program allowing partners to lead with their own branded services supporting their GT program called Partner Branded Services.
  • Developed all elements of a new SMB program, accelerating and onboarding membership from 0 to 250 partners in the first five months which drove a +10% increase in global product sale YOY.
