• One of the main duites is to make sure the doors are open promptly at 7:30am for all the workers
• Make sure any person who is visiting a company is signed in and is directed accurately where to go
• Make aware of who is arriving at the loading dock and buzz them in

• Security guard for Arrow security at a rehabilitation facility
• Job duites required taking the residents out for smoke break, making sure they do not escape and being aware of who wasn't suppose to be outside
• Another job requirement was answering the phones and transferring the calls correctly
• Dealing with mental challenged patients when they would get out of hand
• Learned to control the situation in a professional and calm matter

• Ability to deal with large transaction volumes
• Responsible for processing refunds, exchanges, and managing the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Working efficiently under pressure with difficult customers
• Identify common fraud/errors/irregular transactions
• Performing basic math computations, such as addition, subtraction, and division
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual communicator with organizational, time management, and follow through skills
