Job Responsibilities: 
 
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and social media. 
- Answer questions about properties, contracts and terms of sale, within your scope. 
- Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers. 
- Assist potential clients and agents with financial decisions concerning real estate. 
- Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property. 
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond. 
- ALWAYS conduct yourself professionally. If your spouse, parents, boss and a judge would approve, you&rsquo;re definitely ok. 
 
Minimum Requirements: 
 
- Current Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License OR broker license 
- Experience: 3 months 
- Production: 4 transactions/sales minimum annually 
- Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality 
- Self-motivated, personable, and driven 
- Professional email/phone communication skills. 
 
Hours are flexible and most of our agents and executives work remotely or from home.
