audited all files that were closing for the month, also sent out all documents needed to be signed by borrowers, sellers and title if needed. ordered all wires and made sure the title companies received them. After signing reviewed all documents to make sure they were signed and dated correctly and gave title a funding number to let them now everything was good to good. Also greeted people coming into the office and answered phones.
