- Responsible for filing Corporate and Franchisee 940, 941, state unemployment, state withholding, local and school district taxes. This includes creating and/or filing W2Cs, 941Xs, amended returns, balance adjustments, journal entries, etc.
- Utilizing Excel spreadsheets analysis was done providing proof to IRS of payments and returns and causing a penalty of over 1 million dollars to be abated.
- Responsible for examining, auditing operating reports and financial accounting records for approximately 1400 Franchisee's in 8 states. Accounts are reconciled between Tax System and General Ledger. Analysis and research of accounting records including payroll, general ledger, profit and loss statements, social security administration, federal and state reports are done regularly.
- Balance adjustments processed to ensure accurate T4s for Canada (BC) and US for Executive Expats.

- Currently 21 payroll tax accounts are reconciled monthly utilizing Certification Reconciling System.
- Responsible for research and processing JEs monthly on closed stores to clear any open balances.
