  • COLLECTIONS: Every Wednesday receive an email with a 45 day list to collect payment on past due Invoices. Email or call client who responds. Take Credit Card payments and respond to emails regarding payment updates. Give staff members an update on my Collections.

  • RETURNS PROCESSOR: Process returns per client email or phone call request. Email Vendors a request for a return request to include an RMA#, Return Label, Return Address, or Company provides a Return Label. Email the client the information to return the Defective Product (Printhead, Toner, Printer Parts, Ribbon, Labels, Checks, Etc).
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate staff member, research on clients request and email payment history, email Invoices as requested by client, etc
