-Work with Performance Guarantees:

In 2023, reported performance guarantee results for a total of 978 individual PGs.

There were 459 individual pgs for 2023. (13% increase over 2022.)

Completed reporting for 251 clients. This was an increase of 14% over 2022. (These PGs for 2023 were reported timely and prior to deadline.)

Reported 2023 Hemo assay management results for Hemophilia client reporting for 51 clients; also calculated Book of Business result needed for Hemophilia Sales Management team.

In 2023, received new Performance Guarantees for 34 new clients; added to existing PG reporting process; created subscription reports in RxNavigator, records in access database and created client spreadsheets, as applicable.

-Attend and participate in multiple internal meetings with account managers to discuss plans for obtaining non-standard metrics for new client asks such as BCFL Blue.

-Modify reporting to include new ACS pharmacy dispenses.

-Modify reporting to include specific Careplus pharmacies when applicable for new clients.

-Collaborate with Specialty Acct Managers to update several clients' reporting changes; most notably BCBS MASS where the process changed to carrier codes and update list of reportable drugs ensuring compliance with contract updates.

-Work on extensive review of reporting for BCBSTN pg for Turnaround time now that Benevere is on SPRx – to create an automated approach.

-Collaborate, and assist with:

Client questions/audits/procedures.

Presenting current procedure, providing issues, clarification, potential risks, roadblocks, history of metrics, comparisons, and identifying gaps.
