I initially suffered a back and hip injury in 2019, however the hip injury did not get diagnosed and treated until 2022. After managing some medical complications throughout, I was able to work with an amazing PT and OT department for optimal recovery. I am now ready to rejoin the work force.

• After suffering a back and hip injury, I had to have 2 spinal injections and a total of four separate back surgeries. (Unfortunately the hip injury did not get diagnosed until much later.) I have been closely monitored by my Occupational team and Rehab specialists to ensure optimal recovery.
