- Leads supervision of Development and Policy Advocacy teams.

- Leads statewide grant evaluation work in collaboration with specialist research and evaluation staff.

- Works with CEO and senior leadership to develop policy advocacy strategy and opportunities, serving as a nonprofit lead to a statewide coalition of 35+ agencies funded through the California Reducing Disparities Project.

- Regularly performs analysis of state mental and behavioral health policy; advocates to state officials and stakeholders on behalf of underserved communities.
