As a kitchen manager my day to day typically consisted of

• taking inventory of food items making sure they are stored, dated, and managed properly. As well as of our kitchen equipment ensuring all equipment is well maintain and safe to use.
• Managed our kitchen overseeing everything ran smoothing and being able jump in if my help was needed. Promoting team work and communication.
• trained new hires and current crew members daily ensuring my kitchen was always growing, as well as looking and pushing crew members to advance in order to get promoted
