Worked for Skills for an Inclusive Future (S4IF). Conducted mixed-methods research on SDGs 4 and 8; drafted reports, recommendations, and concept notes on using impact tech and innovative financial instruments (e.g., SIBs, blockchain) in skills development.
Developed a theoretical framework for skills development in migration crisis response (Ukraine), and supported S4IF operations through due diligence and impact assessment tasks.
