As a Packer, my responsibilities included verifying and ensuring all items were present and correctly pulled from carts with bins of orders. I carefully packed the products to ensure they were secure within the package, taking care not to exceed weight limits or waste space. In addition to my packing duties, I took initiative to learn various positions within the warehouse, including order pulling and pallet building in preparation for shipment.

As a Detailer, my role involved thoroughly cleaning vehicles both inside and out, including high-end vehicles, while ensuring attention to detail. I was knowledgeable about the appropriate chemicals to use for various surfaces and could explain the reasoning behind each choice. Additionally, I interacted with customers, offering vehicle pick-up and drop-off services from their homes or dealerships.

As a Tire Technician, my responsibilities included removing and mounting tires, performing tire rotations, and securely lifting vehicles for tire and wheel maintenance. I was also responsible for identifying and removing damaged wheels and tires. In addition to my technical tasks, I managed inventory by using a stand-on forklift to move tires and rims to their proper locations. I also communicated directly with customers, often delivering difficult news regarding the condition of their vehicle's tires and wheels.
