Once I dropped out of high school I went to work doing hvac with my step father doing new construction and installing new system for a couple years. After I turned old enough I went and worked at Miranda contracting in Jacksonville doing heavy equipment operating, forming pads, running off roads hauling dirt, running the trac ho to dig ditches for pipe etc. after a year of doing that the company didn’t want to pay me for what I was getting trained for so I left and went back to my step father for a little bit. He got me a job doing plumbing in starke which I ran a 4 man crew doing new construction and service work here and there. With the amount of hours we worked I was unable to go and get my diploma so I went back with my step father while I was getting my diploma. After I got my diploma I came to touchstone heating and air where I am currently working at now and have been here for 2.5 years doing service work troubleshooting problems, repairs, maintenances etc. I am epa certified and want more schooling to learn more about the hvac industry.
