Working with children is my passion. My teaching philosophy is that everyone is capable of learning when provided with instruction that meets his or her individual needs. Developing a relationship with each student is a catalyst for academic growth. It is important to ensure that each child is confident in taking risks in and out of the classroom. Establishing goals and regularly showing a student's individual progress is a helpful tool in showing how far he or she has come.
