  • Hired to manage all major Hip-Hop artists on the newly formed Sony Urban Label, developing and reviving the careers of Three Six Mafia, Lil Flip, Xzibit, and Nas.
  • Responsibilities included management of the recording process from budgeting to delivery, including finding new producers and writers, remixers and side artists for current roster to experience artistic growth and success.
  • Lil Flips Biggest sales debut of his career with the album "U Gotta Feel Me", ultimately making him a platinum artist, by pushing the label to release the single "GAME OVER", which became a #3 Billboard smash. This was followed by the single "SUNSHINE", which became a global hit and at that time the biggest selling ringtone ever. "SUNSHINE" was ultimately retired from BET's 106 and Park, and remained number 1 on Billboard endlessly. The album went Platinum.
  • Delivered Three Six Mafias Biggest record of their career "STAY FLY" from the "Most Known Unkwon" album. The album went Platinum.
  • Lead the Hip-Hop Superstar project which was a partnership between AT&T at Sony to find the next potentially big unsigned artist. We combined the broad reach of the mobile platform with consumer input to find artists that resonate with our audience. AT&T customers were able to listen to the demos, download and vote for their favorite artists.

  • Signed and developed all Hip-Hop artists on the newly formed Universal Records/Rising Tide Music under Doug Morris. Formed a Hip-Hop roster from scratch with the signings of Crucial Conflict, The Lost Boyz, Rakim, and the 30 Million dollar P&D label deal I orchestrated with Cash Money Records.
  • Worked with and developed the Cash Money roster that included Lil Wayne, Juvenile, The Hot Boys, BG, and The BigTymers.
  • Executive produced the first "Kings of Comedy" soundtrack album that featured Bernie Mac, Steve Harvey, Cedric The Entertainer and DL Hughley
  • Executive produced the the "Baby Boy" soundtrack that featured Snoop Dogg, Tyrese, Three Six Mafia, and D'Angelo
