• Perform structural repairs on customer a/c such as cessna 750's. Repairs included, rear spar repair angles due to corrosion buildup, upper wing skin repair doublers, and attending numerous A&P requests for assistance as the main sheet metal Tech on weekend shift.

• Routinely performed various structural modifications to Gulfstream G-550 A/C including, laying out complex assemblies for installation onto fuselage to facilitate military objectives. Strict engineering guidelines had to be met for installations.

Receive airline customer aircraft actuators for diagnostics and overhaul. Operations included cleaning, evaluating, overhauling, and testing of actuators iaw engineering documents and approved manuals.

• Routinely performed assembly of structural components, sub-assemblies, and mechanical systems into and on aircraft per engineering blueprints. Assemble wing skins, ribs, and misc structural components to facilitate completion of aircraft wings.

• Performed routine and non-routine heavy maintenance and modifications on large jet aircraft i.e. 727, 737, and 757. Installed NGS mod on many 737NG aircraft which included removal of various components to facilitate the installation of the system. New components were installed, and testing procedures were accomplished per appropriate engineering documents and maintenance manuals. Performed structural modifications to the aircraft which included installation of doublers, brackets, angles, clips, and misc equipment to incorporate the new system. Also performed the installations of winglets/strakelets on 737NG aircraft. Performed the duties of lead AMT on these projects as well covering the following skill sets : Avionics Techs, A&Ps, and Sheet metal Techs.

• Perform duties of QC inspection on 787 Aircraft during the manufacturing process. This included inspecting wire bundle installations for discrepancies, cabin and cargo duct work for damage, installation of various hydraulic sub-assemblies and systems. Perform inspection of structural components installed. Inspection of various rework as well.

• Performed A&P and Structures maintenance on various aircraft including : 737 cargo door repairs, 727 line maintenance, 767 C check maintenance, 757, CRJ700, CRJ900.

Performed routine and non-routine repairs and modifications to United Airlines 737NG A/C. Major structural modifications included Wi-Fi upgrade and Live-TV installation.
