Management Projects

  • Innovation Lab: Entrepreneurship class during Junior Year, Kathmandu, Nepal, Event Developer, May 2017, Created and helped to manage a 'start-up' (Asha Company) at Lincoln High School alongside a team of 3 peers on a beginner level (teamwork, communication). This was a group project to create a prototype business and help to grow it to later donate to a cause. Educated students in school about the business and promote it school-wide.   • Website Creation for a company, Kathmandu, Nepal, Helped to create a Website for a Company alongside a fellow employee. Collaborated on design, setting up and on the model to use. (Sobha Cashmere)
  • Senior Project in 12th Grade High School, Kathmandu, Nepal, In this individual project, we were supposed to design our own project with a final product and presentation that goes with it. It also had to include a video about what we did and show proof of our research. For this project, I invested in Nepal's stock market and gave analysis on my portfolio and how it turned out. I also analysed the trends that I saw and how I could improve on them next time. The final product was a Google site along with a video that showed the process I went through.
  • Blackstone Launchpad, University at Buffalo, Took part in coffee networking events to connect with other and learn tips to boost profile on career and Linkedln. Platform to allow students to introduce entrepreneurship as a viable career path and welcome all students with the tools and resources available to become an entrepreneur. (FinTech Design Challenge)

Involves small groups that dive into what it means to be a leader and how to leverage those skills to stand out from crowd.

Extracurricular Activities

Went on a School Competition named SAISA for my tennis team on three occasions. Won Best player award (MVP) for one year. Duration: 10-12th grade. Took part in a volleyball competition for my school (SAISA) during my senior year of my high school. Undergraduate Management Association Club at UB/ Undergraduate Marketing Club/ Minority Alliance club Part of SGA (Singapore Student Association) and also in Chess Club (various tournaments) Circle K Club at UB Took part in Intercultural and diversity Centre Events(IDC) on Campus and also Bridges (Group for International Students)
