• I have enjoyed serving in my community back in Haiti with various projects, children's camps and programs. I've served alongside missions with the purpose of helping children grow, understand and heal from various challenges they've been through. I've recently begun learning more about the effects of trauma and how that can impact all aspects of the brain and body. I desire to use this knowledge to help convey compassion and understanding to those struggling to understand it's impact in their own lives. I also enjoy playing soccer in my spare time, working out and running to alleviate stress and keep my mind and body balanced.
