As for commercial projects, primarily E6010, E7018, and E7010 electrodes and the oxy-acetylene torch are used in the rig on varying steel products (2"-12" sch 80 pipe, flanges, nipples, various valves, elbows, heavier thicknesses/sizes of c-channels, I-beams, rectangular tube, and angle).
- Commercial projects include in-shop fabrication and repair as well as field installs involving piping and trash rack repairs for local water districts, awnings, fencing, building infrastructure repairs, dumpster enclosures, egress ladders, feedlot monitoring systems, hydraulic gate actuator systems, and occasional heavy equipment repairs. Field work requires daily use of work trucks/trailers, and occasional use of forklifts, man-bucket lifts, cranes, and scissor lifts.
- Custom residential projects that are processed, fabricated and installed include handrails, staircases, gates, entryways, fencing, signs, and occasional artwork. In-shop projects require occasional use of an overhead crane and forklift operation.
